Hi. I found all of you from someone who suggested I try your site. I am hoping that maybe someone can help me. I am trying to find any information that I can about my uncle, Robert R. Malecki. He graduated basic at Ft. Leonard Wood mid-July 1968 and went to Vietnam on November 29, 1968. He was in A Co. 2/501 101st. and was killed at FSB Airborne on May 13, 1969. He was from Chicago and other than that I don`t know much about him. I am trying to piece together his military life in hopes that future generations won`t forget what a wonderful man he was. Any help would be greatly appreciated...and any suggestions where else to look would be helpful. It is all a bit overwhelming. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!
