I need to know if this is the medical unit that served/supported B Co 2/501 Infantry based at LZ Sally, during the time frame of Nov 69 - Dec 69. I was treated for a leg injury to support my current medical condition. My personal medical rrecord have been distroyed and I need the clinical records of treatment to support my claim.
