doc allen here in long beach is pissed at me for not going to the VFW meeting on monday nite.It was voting nite for the new pres.I told him over and over I didn`t like it there and didn`t want to go.But he took it personal anyway. Oh well, what can you do.He tells me,now he won`t join our first ever combat medics group, now forming at the va in long beach. seems I cause trouble no matter what I do_ ? Saw the eye doc today, he says my eye is healing but maybe quite a while before they take the oil out of my eye.for those that don`t remember I had a detached retina repair last month, and because I was flying to N.Carolina, they put oil in my eye instead of the gas they usually use.the gas leaks out over a month or two. the oil has to be removed the same way it was put in. Its all a blur thru my left eye, can`t see much at all. driving with one eye, have to turn head all the way around to see everything.no pain tho. doc dave out.
