Now that i`m past 60, i find that i`m tired when i work more than 10 hrs a day or more than 65 hrs a wk. ha ha go figure?
so the nurse askes me -- how tall are you? then she weighs me in my street cloths w/boots. then she says that i should go to obiecity classes. i said let me take off my boots,keys & wallet or give me the 2 inches in hight. after she thought it out , she said oh, never mind. i`m 6` 0` wo/ boots & 206 without cloths. whats the problem? also have 182 colestrol [ non medicated ]
sure i could loose 15 lbs -- but why?
