this is the first one I got a reaction to. muscle ache,malaise,and tried all the time. no strength, been trying to work outside and its really hurting muscle groups and I think I strained my right shoulder.knee went out this am.? getting old is hard to get used to. I think I can just go do things like before and get surprised when I can`t anymore. Back to the spa and some more exercise for me.
