I haer ya, haven`t slept for shit about 4 or 5 days now.Waking up every 1 1/2 hours now. wide aawake 5:00 am. too early forme. Went a neuro. appt. yesterday for 10:30 am, got there they said not today next week.Oh man, I screwed up again.got a headache and went home. headache lasted till this am. ok now.
