doc guy, I think you overstated the movie somewhat.I am stiull hearing bad things and save your money about it. A little young lady I know who happens to have a sargeant husband over there came away incensed in the way they portrayed military wives as all cheaters. Also that everyonre is against the war a nd the war has no purpose or point to it.The frustrations they overplayed without action made it all surreal to the topic of fighting in Iraq to give them democracy and self rule.It had to be a strickly democrat message to dispurge bush about the reason we are there. Most peoplke expected it to take off from where full metal jacket (another marine movie) left of.Not true, I hear this is all message and no pop.If you are against the war, bush the administration, the military tactics, being in Iraq, or action movies, then by all means go see it.It would put me to sleep.
