Need to replace my Brinkman charcoal/water smoker. Doesn`t get hot enough to do a turkey, can`t do a charcoal reload without taking the cover off and cooling it down. Now Cliff, I don`t need a trailer unit like yours. I want a small, charcoal unit strictly for smoking. What do you recommend?
