Doc Nowlin passed away on 6/3/69 I don`t remember the day that he got hit but I was there. I do remember when word came down that he had died, could`t believe it. He was one hell off a man and what a loss. He help me many of times. Before going to Nam. I was in a motorcycle wreck on my leave. I had a hole in my knee cap. I didn`t tell anyone. Anyway Doc Nowlin doctor me up. I also was in pain with my back. Doc help me out big time. I will never ever forget him. Jack
