First day in the field we had some heat casualties, Hardman was one of them. He asked if I remembered helping put him on a Dust-Off on Ghost Mtn. We only put 5 on that bird after dark with a buried strob. Vollmerhausen, Rossi, Nun and Coates. One other guy from 1st plt that had lost it and I didn`t know his name. Don Lewis said it was Hobbs but I`m not certain. I rember Coates asking `please don`t put me on there with those guys` but we did, Peace, Cotton.
