Ellen called me this afternoon to thank us all for the flag.
George recognized it and both are happy to know that we`re thinking of them. He`s gotten worse in the past week; he has severe bed sores and is in intense pain; will start on morphine tomorrow. Hospice care has gotten better and he`s still at home. That may change but for now Ellen is taking it one day at a time.
In the next few days she`ll try to return all your calls but there`s a long list...If it doesn`t happen call her again; there`s no problem with that and while George may not be able to talk, it will be good for Ellen.
